When we arrived to Guam in 2019, we were recommended to Saran by another couple. Saran helped us find the perfect home while on island, it was also our first home, so it will always hold a special place in our heart. Fast forward to 2022, our time in Guam was up, and despite the many things we had going on, Saran was able to get our house on the market and close the deal in the extremely short amount of time we had.
