My wife and I purchased a single family home. This was our third house purchase, but first home in Guam. Without a doubt, Saran was extremely helpful, patient, and worked to close the loop on our conversations & questions. I am in the military and this is my second time being stationed here. Since my wife is from Chuuk we have lots of family in Guam and we wanted to purchase here.
