With his experience and connections he was able to show us many off market homes which gave us the opportunity to make an offer prior to it hitting the market and being in competition with other buyers. We were able to make an offer right away and get into escrow! Throughout the escrow process Saran was always responsive and patient with us and always willing to meet us at the house for inspections and check on progress of the home. Highly recommended!
