5 stars cannot capture the great work Saran did for me! It was my first time moving into a place of my own. I was reccomended to Saran by a friend, and I reccomend everyone else to have Saran assist you. He put me at ease. He knew more about the rules and requirements than the agencies, and had personal contacts to help speed up the process. He was able to answer any question I had in literal seconds. He still messages and assists me to this day. Thank you so much Saran!

Unfortunately, there aren’t enough stars to give Saran! We PCS’d from California and I’m a first time home renter. Thankfully, we had Saran. He already knew what was needed, how long each process would take, and always informed us on what to expect; great communicator despite the different time zones. He is very resourceful and knowledgeable on the military’s side ofmprocessing paperwork. Even switching the utilities under our name was an easy process with him. 10/10 would 100% recommend Saran for their real estate needs.

We are thankful we got to work with Saran when we purchased our first home. We love how he was very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and always had answers to all our questions about
the home buying process. He works very fast and does everything he can for his clients. Saran went
above and beyond our expectations. Tasks he didn’t have to do but did it anyway because he truly
cared for us. If you want a realtor that works fast, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in real estate, we highly recommend Saran Sachdev. For us, Saran is the best realtor here in Guam.
