Hands down the best and easiest experience I've ever had getting an apartment! Super informative, easy to talk to, and helpful. Highly recommended for any military members on OHA looking to rent on the island!

We had an amazing experience purchasing our very first home with Saran Sachdev and his team here at Hafa Adai Realty. He made it pain-free and easy, he's hard working and dedicated to finding the right home for anyone looking. Highly recommend Hafa Adai Realty to anyone in search for a new home or rental!

We arrived on island a few weeks ago, Saran was one of the first people we met here, and we have had nothing but positive experiences since the first moment we interacted with him. He was so helpful in helping us to find a home and guiding us through the process. He is extremely good about communicating with you and updating you and just reaching out in general to help the process go as smoothly and as quickly as possible. We were recommended to Saran by another couple, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We already recommended him to the next couple we know who is PCSing to the island, that's how much we love Saran!!!

I requested help to locate an apartment in Guam through AHRN, and Saran was first agent to reach out to me. He added me to listing of vacancies that posted weekly to get an idea of what was on the market in my price range. His communication was great even while I was 2 months out from arrival. Once I arrived he showed me 6 locations, and helped find the one that caught my eye 👁 . He even gave me gee-wiz information about the island 🏝 that was extremely helpful as a newbie here. Thank you 🙏🏽 for all that do.
