He knows exactly what the military housing office on Andersen is looking for and has a great reputation with them. I highly recommend Saran as a realtor to help if you are looking for off-base houses. He made the process easy!

Mr. Saran was very professional and very helpful to me throughout the process of me moving out into town from base. He’s had plenty of experience with the military personnel housing process and he’ll always be available to answer any questions no matter how small you may have. I’m very thankful that he was recommended to me by a co worker. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help me out. Thank you again for all you did for me!

This was not my first transaction with Saran and it will definitely not be the last. I have been buying, renting and selling houses with Saran for over 5 years now. Saran is the consummate professional; my blood pressure goes down if he says there is nothing to worry about during a transaction and he is always right. A major priority of his is to ensure his clients are well taken care of and notified at every step of the way. Choosing Saran as your realtor when it comes to all things houses is best decision your going to make. Integrity, communication, openness is just a few things you will get from Saran during your property search. He goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want, no excuses. I cannot expect anything more from a realtor; this man goes above and beyond for his clients. No wonder he's Guam's best realtor. Look no further, if your reading this review your probably are already leaning on calling him, just do it you will not regret it. Happy buying!

DEFINITELY recommend Saran for your next realtor!! Very professional, quick with responses and answers all questions. He helped me find a place in only one day. Everything I wanted too! I don’t know what I would have done if I wasn’t referred to him by a friend.

After looking at all the houses online and not finding anything we liked, we put out a post in a realty group on Facebook for a house not on the market. We got a bunch of responses for houses we already saw. Don't get me wrong, other realtors were very helpful and professional but Saran was the only realtor to find the perfect one. Located in the village we wanted, walking distance from our son's school, walking distance to family, and amazing enough to get compliments from others we knew who saw it. This hidden gem was exactly what we were looking for plus more and it wasn't online yet. We have worked with other realtors and they were very nice, but it was Saran who found our new home. It was a journey but we finally signed all the documents this morning and will start moving in this weekend! 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦❤️🏡
