Saran was incredibly helpful! Helped make the renting process very easy. Saran was really great to work with. He was so incredibly patient with me for all the different places I wanted to look at it. Saran was always quick to respond to any of my phone calls or texts, and continually checked up on me throughout the process. Being fairly new to the island I didn’t know where to transfer water and power into my name and he made sure I had all the paperwork I needed as well as helping with with directions.

After the dust has settled, Big Shoutout to Saran for assisting my family transition to a home we can finally say "ours". He was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. Even through this Pandemic he always followed up with our status and answered all our questions. If you're in the market to purchase a property or looking for a place to rent, don't hesitate to call Saran! 10/10 Stars!

I moved to Guam with high recommendations from my coworkers for Saran. He found each of us a place that matched what we were looking for and fell within our budgets. Beyond his professional expertise and responsiveness, Saran was a great conversationalist and was willing and able to answer all questions about Guam that a new resident needs to know. Thanks Saran!

Saran was with us at step one from figuring out what neighborhoods would be in our best interest, to helping us set up our electric and water once we had a house. He was very prompt to start contracts and get the process moving once we found the right home. Military housing knows him well, which made that process a breeze as well. Highly recommend!

Very honest and trustworthy! I had a very short-notice deadline and he made it happen. 10/10 Saran is the man!
